Well I guess it’s ok to install Facebook Like Button in your blog. However, there should be some limitations too. I agree that humor blogs are ideal to have Facebook Like Button so it would attract more bloggers.

I guess this particular plugin is for liking specific pages and posts. Definitely useful. If you have a facebook fan page you can setup a similar like button. It uses an iframe but you can add it right into the template code without having to add an additional plugin. Very helpful tips about adding facebook like buttons. I used to have this option on my site but then disabled it because for somereasons it was slowing down my entire site. I will try with your tips again and see what happens.
